Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chorebit, a product of Revalor LLC (“Chorebit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Only a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old may create a Chorebit account. Kid profiles are created and managed entirely by the Account Holder; a child does not sign up, log in independently, or agree to these Terms themselves.

Chorebit is a household tool for assigning chores, tracking points earned for completed and approved chores, and letting kids set and track progress toward points-based goals. Chorebit tracks points only — it is not a bank, payment processor, or financial account, and no real money moves between family members through the Service.

The Account Holder is responsible for the accuracy of chores, point values, and approvals entered into Chorebit, for supervising their child's use of any device running Chorebit, and for keeping their login credentials secure.

Chorebit offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed by Stripe. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another family's account or data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for anything unlawful.

You may stop using Chorebit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Chorebit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revalor LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chorebit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION — TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the law of your jurisdiction as a consumer.
